This will automagically create a thumbnail of the image, with the larger dimension of the thumbnail being 128 pixels, and the other dimension being proportional.

Picture file name can not contain special characters, only letters and numbers and spaces please. Also, the image must be jpg format.

Once a picture is uploaded, it will not appear until the site administrator has approved it.
